3. 1:1 Coaching Services

3.1 Coaching Purpose & Process

Coaching services provided by Sylvia Salm are primarily conducted via Zoom. Coaching is a partnership aimed at helping clients develop awareness, clarity, and abilities to achieve personal development goals.

The success of coaching depends on the client's openness and commitment to the process. If a client feels coaching is not working as expected, they must communicate this to the coach.

Important Note: Coaching is NOT a substitute for professional counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment.

3.2 Coaching Confidentiality

All coaching communications are strictly confidential. Sylvia Salm will not disclose the coaching relationship without the client's explicit consent, unless legally required.

3.3 Coaching Sessions

At the scheduled time, the client agrees to join the Zoom call and participate in the session. Both the coach and client commit to starting and ending on time. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session is considered canceled, and the client will receive a 50% refund of their session fee.
