Refund Policy
1. Refunds for Online Programs
You may withdraw from an online program at any time. However, once you have joined and logged in to the course, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Once a course is joined, lifetime access will be granted. However, Consciously Her reserves the right to remove a registrant from the course at any time if policies are abused.
2. Refunds for Coaching Sessions
At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Zoom call and begin the session. The Coach and Client commit to starting and finishing each session on time.
If the Client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is canceled and the Client will receive a 50% refund of their session fee.
3. Cancellations & Reschedules
All coaching sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.
If a session is not rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours in advance, the Client will receive a 50% refund, and a new session will need to be booked.
Monthly package cancellations will be determined upon request.

4. Payment Processing & Third-Party Services
All coaching payments are processed through Calendly, which integrates with Stripe and PayPal. By purchasing a coaching session, you agree to Calendly’s and its payment providers’ terms and conditions. Consciously Her is not responsible for any processing fees or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
